Towanda Taylor
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Towanda R. Taylor is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Second Chance Behavioral Health Services. It was her vision and goal to offer a treatment center where everyone is valued and treated with dignity. She is responsible for the day to day operations, long and short term goals, grant and financial management. She meets every client and offers each a Second Chance in life.
While acting as the Chief Executive Officer, Towanda is also an accomplished Healthcare Administrative Manager. A self-starter with over ten years of experience, Towanda implements organizational strategies and measures for continuous improvements and efficient business operations. She is a multi-tasker who meets project deadlines and requirements while performing multiple tasks within fast-paced environments. An effective leader who continuously motivates her staff while prioritizing and delegating tasks to ensure timely project completion within a team environment.
Towanda is an effective trainer with extensive knowledge in HIPPA, COMAR and HFCA laws and regulations. Towanda is First Aid, CPR and Med Tech Certified. Additionally and as the Chief Executive Officer, she ensures compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory agencies.
Ronald Kirschner
Co-Founder, Chief Financial Officer
In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Ronald Kirschner is responsible for managing the company’s finances which includes risk management and financial reporting.
Ronald Kirchner is an undaunting community advocate who strongly believes that there is a relentless need for mental health advocates in his community. Ronald’s activism and compassion for the under privileged and destitute has led him on a continuous path of assistance and advancement for mental health patients. He believes that everyone should be given a second chance in life regardless of their situation or circumstance.
